Friday October 31, 2014 “Trouble, Trouble Everywhere”

2 Chronicles 29:6-7 “For our fathers have trespassed and done evil in the eyes of the Lord our God; they have forsaken Him, have turned their faces away from the dwelling place of the Lord, and turned their backs on Him. They have also shut up the doors of the vestibule, put out the lamps, and have not burned incense or offered burnt offerings in the holy place to the God of Israel. Therefore the wrath of the Lord fell upon Judah and Jerusalem, and He has given them up to trouble, to desolation, and to jeering, as you see with your eyes.”
Because God’s people failed to follow Him with their whole hearts God gave them up to trouble and desolation. It began in the late 20th century and it continues today.  The mighty in Christianity have fallen to sin sexually, financially and ethically.  This has led to churches being reduced in their effectiveness and some being completely destroyed.
Pray in agreement today that God’s generals lead the way in righteousness and holiness teaching the flock to follow their example. Also pray that as righteousness is restored to the house of God that the nation be challenged to righteousness that will exalt America once again as we enjoy revival in the land.
