Saturday December 20, 2014 “The Yoke’s on You”

Isaiah 58:6 “Is this not the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, To undo the heavy burdens, To let the oppressed go free, And that you break every yoke?”
There is much to be found in this short simple verse about fasting.  Today we will conclude our prayer focus on this verse and tomorrow evening we will pray in agreement concerning the three focus points found in Isaiah 58:7 and how it can relate to Christmas.
“The Yoke’s on You.”  Everyone wears a yoke in life.  The only difference is some wear the devil’s and some wear God’s.  Isaiah 10:27 tells us that “the anointing breaks the yoke” – the anointing of the Holy Spirit.  Matthew 11:29   tells us that Jesus said, “Take My yoke on you and learn from Me.”
Today let us agree in prayer that believers in America receive the Holy Spirit and go across this land revealing the power and authority of Jesus Christ in the church on mission as Jesus did as described in Luke 4:18-19.
