Luke 22:40 “⁴⁰ When He came to the place, He said to them, “Pray that you may not enter into temptation.”

Prayer prevents giving in to the weakness of man’s flesh. The Apostles did not pray so they gave in to the call of their fleshly desires to be satisfied. Intercede today for Christians in our land who have chosen not to pray and who have fallen asleep spiritually. Pray that men who have fallen asleep because the enemy has rocked their cradle will see the power and value of prayer and be alert to the devil’s tactics to lead man into temptation and distractions that allow evil men to do their deeds while good men sleep.
