Monday September 28, 2015 “Chariots of the Lord”

Zechariah 6:1-3 “Then I turned and raised my eyes and looked, and behold, four chariots were coming from between two mountains, and the mountains were mountains of bronze. With the first chariot were red horses, with the second chariot black horses, with the third chariot white horses, and with the fourth chariot dappled horses—strong steeds.”
Four chariots, instruments of war were coming from between two mountains of bronze meaning they were strong mountains or positions of strength.  Opposition would be fierce was the message to the prophet so God will send a strong army from heaven to raise a standard.
Let us pray today that as in Zechariah’s day we acknowledge that the opposition we face in America against God’s people is fierce.  This is not a “walk in the park”.  These are times we must walk in fearless faith like Joshua at Jericho.
