Thursday November 28, 2019 “Happy Thanksgiving”
Rom 16:3-4 Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my fellow workers in Christ Jesus, 4 who risked their own necks for my life, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.
On Thanksgiving we generally give thanks for blessings received and for people through whom those blessings flow. And that is right and good. In our text Paul is thankful for Priscilla and Aquila for what they did for him and what they did for other churches. Pray that at this time next year many people will be thanking God for us. And pray that God will open doors for us to do those good deeds.
