We Are The People

2 Kings 6:8-10 Now the king of Syria was making war against Israel; and he consulted with his servants, saying, “My camp will be in such and such a place.” 9 And the man of God sent to the king of Israel, saying, “Beware that you do not pass this place, for the Syrians are coming down there.” 10 Then the king of Israel sent someone to the place of which the man of God had told him. Thus he warned him, and he was watchful there, not just once or twice.

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America. Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. using the three focus points listed below as a guide. May God bless you for your concern for America.

The Syrian king made plans to attack Israel but God revealed those plans to the King of Israel. Israel’s king then sent a trusted man to the place of attack and he gave warning so there would not be a successful invasion of the land. The Prophet Elisha was the person who told the king of the enemy’s plans. Our prayer points tonight are:
Prayer Focus #1 Pray that there will be men and women of God who will sound warnings concerning impending attacks upon America’s financial strength through cyber and lawless means by competitive nations.
Prayer Focus #2 Pray that our leaders will send out wise men and women to strategic places in our world where our international interests are at risk due to those who hate us for our Capitalistic and Biblical World View.
Prayer Focus #3 The man sent to keep an eye on the location where Syria would sage their army was watchful, the Bible says. Pray that there will be vigilance concerning the enemies of America. We must, as Jesus said, “Watch and Pray.”
