Wednesday May 27, 2020 “Surrounded”

2 Kings 6:15 And when the servant of the man of God arose early and went out, there was an army, surrounding the city with horses and chariots. And his servant said to him, “Alas, my master! What shall we do?”

Elisha’s servant saw the army of Syria surrounding the city and it seems he was in the brink of panic. He said to Elisha, “Alas what shall we do?” Pray that when our nation faces times when we feel overwhelmed that our leaders will not panic but turn to God. When He is on our side we’re more than conquerors even when it seems we are surrounded by situations that seem overwhelming.
