Monday August 3, 2020 “Just as it says”
2 Kings 7:18 So it happened just as the man of God had spoken to the king, saying, “Two seahs of barley for a shekel, and a seah of fine flour for a shekel, shall be sold tomorrow about this time in the gate of Samaria.”
“It happened just as the man of God had spoken.” In the Book of Revelation we are told not to take anything out of the Book or curses will come. Pray that we will not take anything from or add anything to God’s word. We must be both hearers and doers as we are told in the Book of James if we are to receive God’s blessing in life.
