Sunday August 16, 2020 “Restore all that was Taken”

2 Kings 8:6 And when the king asked the woman, she told him. So the king appointed a certain officer for her, saying, “Restore all that was hers, and all the proceeds of the field from the day that she left the land until now.”

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America. Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. using the three focus points listed below as a guide. May God bless you for your concern for America.

When the woman was asked about her son being restored to life, the king appointed people to help her and all was to be restored.
There is something compelling about the testimony of a miracle of God. In these days of the Covid 19 mess, people have lost much – health, jobs, relationships, etc. Let us find three prayer points tonight as we look at this verse of scripture.

Prayer Focus #1 The king asked the woman about the miracle and she told him. Pray that there will be testimonies of healing and provision God has provided in recent months that our leaders in America will hear of and learn to trust in the Lord.
Prayer Focus #2 Pray that there will be people appointed by our leaders who will be helpful to those who have been affected adversely by the Covid 19 pandemic. Pray that those who have suffered most will be helped first like this woman following the famine of that day.
Prayer Focus #3 Pray that all that has been lost in America health, finances, etc. be totally restored like what happened with the woman. As it says in our verse tonight – all restored from the day she had to leave her land to survive the famine.
