We Are The People

2 Kings 9:19  Then he sent out a second horseman who came to them, and said, “Thus says the king: ‘Is it peace?’ ”  And Jehu answered, “What have you to do with peace? Turn around and follow me.”

A second horseman was sent with the identical message as the first.  “Is it peace?” In the previous verse the response was the same.  “Follow me.”  In America we have many voices with the same message but it doesn’t necessarily mean the message is true.  Pray that we will know both the message and the messenger before we formulate our opinion concerning important matters.  If we discover we were listening to or believing a lie, “turn around and follow the right messenger and their message.
