Tuesday November 17, 2020 “Stop the Enemy’s Voice”
2 Kings 10:6 Then he wrote a second letter to them, saying: If you are for me and will obey my voice, take the heads of the men, your master’s sons, and come to me at Jezreel by this time tomorrow. Now the king’s sons, seventy persons, were with the great men of the city, who were rearing them.
Jehu made a great demand of those leaders with influence over the sons of Ahab whom Elijah prophesied would be cut off so there might be a cleansing and a restoration of righteousness in the land.
Pray that seasoned righteous men and women will either make a difference in young leaders through mentoring or that they be “cut off” as leaders being rendered powerless to continue ungodly decision-making in the land.
