2 Kings 10:28 “Thus Jehu destroyed Baal from Israel.”

The word we read as destroyed in the Hebrew is Shamad which means to utterly overthrow. Baal, a false god, had to be obliterated and Jehu was just the right guy to do it. Pray that God will raise up spiritual Jehu who will take aim at those things that people idolize in America. These are things that militate against our Constitution and those things that make us uniquely a free people under God.
