We Are The People

2 Kings 11:17 “Then Jehoiada made a covenant between the Lord, the king, and the people, that they should be the Lord’s people, and also between the king and the people.”

There was a covenant between God, the king and the people. There was also another covenant between the king and his people. Pray that the leaders in America will keep their promises to the American public. Promises must be kept as a trust between citizens and their leaders. Like our covenant with God, we are only blessed when we keep our end of the deal.
