2 Kings 13:19 “And the man of God was angry with him, and said, “You should have struck five or six times; then you would have struck Syria till you had destroyed it! But now you will strike Syria only three times.”

Elisha was angered at the fact that the king did not know the heart of God to go beyond what was expected in the eyes of God.

Let us pray today that our leaders will be in tune with the heart of God concerning international affairs. It is so important to know the time and resources needed to resolve issues of international relationships and how far to go when dealing with those who oppose our nation.
