Saturday April 17, 2021 “God Will Not Destroy His Own”
2 Kings 13:23 “But the Lord was gracious to them, had compassion on them, and regarded them, because of His covenant with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and would not yet destroy them or cast them from His presence.”
God would not destroy His people not would He cast them from His presence because of the covenant of blood He made with Israel.
There is so much Christian talk that says that America is under God’s hard judgement. Friends, as long as 2 Chronicles 7:14 is honored by God, we should not be in despair concerning that state of the unsaved in America.
The real issue is we must keep our hearts in favor with God through repentance and obedience to receive His blessings.
Pray that Christians in America will do well in walking with the Savior so we can experience every promise and most of all the blessing of His presence with us. “He is our sun and shield; He gives grace and glory, and He withholds no good thing from those who walk uprightly” Psalm 84:11.
