2 Kings 15:16 “¹⁶ Then from Tirzah, Menahem attacked Tiphsah, all who were there, and its territory. Because they did not surrender, therefore he attacked it. All the women there who were with child he ripped open.”

The attack on Tirzah came after they refused to surrender to the enemy Menahem. The reason they did not surrender is because they knew how brutal Menahem could be.

Pray that God will give courage to His people who must learn to stand when the enemy attacks. Pray also that they will be convinced that God will raise a standard against the attacks of the evil one who bullies people in surrendering to his ways that are anti-God and anti-Bible.
