Friday July 23, 2021 “Walk Like You Are God’s Kids”
2 Kings 17:8 “and had walked in the statutes of the nations whom the Lord had cast out from before the children of Israel, and of the kings of Israel, which they had made.”
In the previous verse we are told how God brought Israel out of Egyptian bondage and out from under Pharaoh’s hand. In verse 8, we are told that after the children of Israel were liberated they began to live like nations that did not know God. Pray today God’s people will live like the people they are – free children of God who are able to live the ways of God’s kingdom on the earth.
