We Are The People

2 Kings 17:19-20

¹⁹ Also Judah did not keep the commandments of the Lord their God, but walked in the statutes of Israel which they made. ²⁰ And the Lord rejected all the descendants of Israel, afflicted them, and delivered them into the hand of plunderers, until He had cast them from His sight.”

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. using the three focus points listed below as a guide. May God bless you for your concern for America’s future expressed in prayer tonight.  We encourage you to join us in prayer daily and invite others to join us.

How horrible it is that even the tribe of the chosen seed chose not to obey God. Judah walked in the way of Israel. They sinned in so many ways. This resulted in being rejected, afflicted and being plundered by their enemies. Let us pray:

Prayer Focus #1 That we being Christ’s, will stay as far away from sin as we can. Sin separates one from God. In this day, let us be careful to be obedient to God so the Deuteronomy 28 blessings for obedience be upon God’s people as a witness.

Prayer Focus #2 Pray that God’s people in America will experience acceptance, healing and plenty so we might stand up and stand tall in this hour of confusion as to what is right and wrong and true from false so we might lead the way following our Good Shepherd.

Prayer Focus #3 As God’s people walk in truth, pray that they see that God has not delivered us into the hand of plunderers. To the contrary, God has laid up the inheritance of the wicked for the just so the Gospel will be preached everywhere so our previous Savior will return soon. Pray for a revelation of this truth and that the lying spirits that say that God’s people will leave as paupers will be exposed as another demonic lie. God’s people left Egypt being laden with the riches of the land. We will leave the earth with previous souls who will hear the Gospel and believe due to the generous support of missionaries and other outreach efforts locally and globally.
