2 Kings 17:34 “Unto this day they do after the former manners: they fear not the LORD, neither do they after their statutes, or after their ordinances, or after the law and commandment which the LORD commanded the children of Jacob, whom he named Israel.”

Where there is no healthy fear of the Lord there is an emboldenment to disobey the laws of God and people fall into religious and irreligious rituals instead of worshipping the Lord in Spirit and Truth. Pray today that an awesome and reverent fear of the Lord be restored to God’s people in America. Let us lead the way by example observing the Lord’s day and obedience to the Lord’s commands.
