2 Kings 17:37-38 “³⁷ And the statutes, the ordinances, the law, and the commandment which He wrote for you, you shall be careful to observe forever; you shall not fear other gods. ³⁸ And the covenant that I have made with you, you shall not forget, nor shall you fear other gods.”

On this Day of Remembrance of the tragic events of 9-11-01 let us be careful to observe to do all that is written in the word of God.  There is a hedge of protection provided when God’s people live in obedience.

Let us pray today that we will be willing and obedient unto the God of this Nation so that we will once again experience the protective hand of God and never forget the terrible attack by heathen fanatics 20 short years ago.  If you are near Fairfax, VA join us for a “Patriot Day” walk beginning and ending at Woody’s Ice Cream tomorrow from 4-5pm.
