We Are The People

2 Kings 18:31 “³¹ Do not listen to Hezekiah; for thus says the king of Assyria: ‘Make peace with me ^[a]by a present and come out to me; and every one of you eat from his own vine and every one from his own fig tree, and every one of you drink the waters of his own cistern;

The promise to those who would make peace through coercion was that they could continue to eat and drink from their own land. What was promised was temporary. Pray that all Americans will see that what seems to be good for the short term will not be good for the long term.
