2 Corinthians 9:7 “⁷ So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of ^[a]necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.”

Paul says to give as you determine in your heart. The only issue with that is in Jeremiah 17:9, the heart can be deceived and darkened by the world around us. Pray that God’s children will have an open heart to the Spirit of God so all of the Body of Christ will do what the Lord would have us do corporately and individually so His perfect will is done on earth as it is in heaven.
