Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. using the three focus points listed below as a guide.  May God bless you for your concern for America’s future expressed in prayer tonight.  We encourage you to join us in prayer daily and invite others to join us.

Paul had learned it was futile to take up the armament of men in the battle for men’s souls. Let us join our hearts in some spiritual warfare tonight following the following three prayer points:

Prayer Focus Point #1: The world uses many weapons large and small to fight in defense of what they believe to be true about life. As believers we choose spiritual weapons. Pray that we will choose to stick to the rule of law and rule of spiritual warfare in these days of complicated issues we face as believers in a many times godless world.

Prayer Focus Point #2: Arguments lodged by non-Christians must be brought down if the ways of Kingdom living are to be restored in America. Pray that God’s people will study the word of God that will enable them to answer man’s challenge to the truth.

Prayer Focus Point #3: Our goal is to bring people to Christ and then teach them how to be obedient to Christ. Pray that God’s people in America will study the word so they can answer every man concerning the hope they have in Jesus Christ.
