Tuesday May 17, 2022 “A Good Basket Case”
2 Corinthians 11:32-33 “32 In Damascus the governor, under Aretas the king, was guarding the city of the Damascenes with a garrison, desiring to arrest me; 33 but I was let down in a basket through a window in the wall, and escaped from his hands.”
The Apostle Paul knew the inside of many prisons. He wasn’t afraid of prison life, but he needed his freedom to share Jesus with others. Pray that as God made a way for Paul to be free to speak the blessings of the Gospel, we will have that freedom in America to speak the truth in love even when there are those who attempt to silence the Word of God.
