2 Corinthians 12:7 “⁷ And lest I should be exalted above measure by the abundance of the revelations, a thorn in the flesh was given to me, a messenger of Satan to ^[a]buffet me, lest I be exalted above measure.”

Thorns hurt! Pray that if we desire more of Christ in our lives – thorns will be allowed to keep us from being lifted and become vulnerable to the destruction of pride like Lucifer experienced. Pride as an individual, ministry or nation is destructive and culminates in a fall.
