We Are The People

Genesis 12:9-10 “⁹ So Abram journeyed, going on still toward the ^[a]South.¹⁰ Now there was a famine in the land, and Abram went down to Egypt to dwell there, for the famine was severe in the land.”

Although Abram, more than likely, knew not what “heading south” means in our day, he was heading toward sin and away from God’s best for his and Sarah’s life. Pray that our leaders will be able to understand the ramifications of “heading south” is when they legislate, by executive order or Supreme Court decision go against God’s revealed will fleeing from a famine of hearing and obeying the word of God.
