Monday August 15, 2022 “After These Things”
Genesis 15:1 “After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, [a]your exceedingly great reward.”
“After these things.” Abrams encounters with God, the rescue of Lot and family, the rejection of the offer of goods by the King of Sodom and Abram receiving a blessing by Melchizedek all preceded a fresh word from the Lord.
Pray that our national, state and local leaders will receive a word from heaven to guide us as a people following the many challenges we have faced recently.
