Thursday October 6, 2022 “Circumcise the Heart”
Genesis 17:10-11 “This is My covenant which you shall keep, between Me and you and your descendants after you: Every male child among you shall be circumcised; 11 and you shall be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskins, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between Me and you.
Israel had as an identifying mark circumcision of all males. In New Testament times the circumcision of heart is what sets Christians apart from others. This circumcision is a cutting away of fleshly living and separation to God. Pray that God’s people in America will draw close to God and away from the world in these challenging times. This is a day of separation.
