We Are The People

Genesis 18:3-4

^“3 and said, “My Lord, if I have now found favor in Your sight, do not pass on by Your servant. ⁴ Please let a little water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree.”

Good evening and welcome to the Sunday Night Edition of “We are the People” Prayer for America.  Every Sunday we bring together the hearts of intercessors that choose to invest a minimum of 15 minutes in prayers of agreement between the hours of 6:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. using the focus point listed below as a guide. May God bless you for your concern for America’s future expressed in prayer tonight.  We encourage you to join us in prayer daily and invite others to join us.

Abraham recognized that there was something different happening and he wanted to be in on whatever “that” might be.

Prayer Focus #1: Pray that all Americans will desire favor in the eyes of God.  His favor is worth more than all riches and honor can give.

Prayer Focus #2: Abraham did not want God to pass him by. Pray that America’s leadership will not want to miss anything that might help with the challenges we face today as a nation. There are so many ways that information passes by us every day. If we miss one message from heaven, we could struggle for years with something that an answer from heaven could clear up in a moment’s time.

Prayer Focus #3: Abraham treated the 3 strangers like royalty before he even knew who he was entertaining. Pray that America’s leaders will treat other leaders with respect so they might maintain relations that will bring forth good fruit. Perhaps our watching population will observe and begin to bring civility back to our nation and with-it strength and prosperity.
