We Are The People

Acts 12:1,3,5  Now about that time Herod the king stretched out his hand to harass some from the church…³ And because he saw that it pleased the Jews, he proceeded further to seize Peter also. Now it was during the Days of Unleavened Bread…⁵ Peter was therefore kept in prison, but constant prayer was offered to God for him by the church.

Now the chapter goes on to tell the story that God sent an angel who set Peter free and led him out of the prison he had been held in due to his testimony of Jesus.  Pray for fellow believers world-wide who are being persecuted for their faith.
