Genesis 21:28-30 ” ²⁸ And Abraham set seven ewe lambs of the flock by themselves. ²⁹ Then Abimelech asked Abraham, “What is the meaning of these seven ewe lambs which you have set by themselves?” ³⁰ And he said, “You will take these seven ewe lambs from my hand, that they may be my witness that I have dug this well.”

Abraham wanted clarity in the agreement he entered into with Abimelech. He also wanted Abimelech to understand what belonged to Abraham in the land where he dwelled. Pray that godly leaders in America will only agree to policies and bills that will clearly represent the hearts of the Americans and the truth of God’s Word which is the only well of living waters.
