We Are The People

  Yesterday we looked at godly leaders receiving honor from their predecessor.  Today I would like to share the effect of honor bestowed upon new and godly leadership.  The words of Joshua 1:16&17 reveal this truth.

Joshua 1:16&17  “¹⁶ So they answered Joshua, saying, “All that you command us we will do, and wherever you send us we will go. ¹⁷ Just as we heeded Moses in all things, so we will heed you. Only the Lord your God be with you, as He was with Moses.”   Wouldn’t it be nice to have leadership that you can confidently listen to and follow because you know that they hear from God before they make decisions that affect men’s lives.

Pray that godly people be placed in positions of authority from the local court house, to the State House and the White House.
