We Are The People

Is 41:13  “For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand,
Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.”

    How simple –  hold out your hand to the Lord and he will take hold of it and welcome you.  People have many excuses not to reach out to God but not one is valid. He has said, “Come to me all who labor and are heavy-laden and I will give you rest”.  Rest is the absence of fear. It is like when a child cannot sleep when there is an electrical storm and mother comes into the room and holds his hand and soon he has fallen asleep.

   Notice in scripture we are told that first God takes the hand and then He speaks.  Let us agree in prayer today that from the smallest town to the largest cities people will begin to sense God taking hold of every hand, calming every fear.  Then may the voice of God be heard by all this day of instability not to fear, but have faith.
