Friday November 15, 2013 “Friendship with God”

Isaiah 41:13 “13 For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.”
The right hand extended in friendship means the end of hostility and the beginning of a trust relationship founded in love and respect.
Jesus’ death on the cross reveals how far God’s love will go to make friends with man who has turned his back on God.  Can we agree in prayer that God’s people in our land live a prophetic life before this generation?  That our lives reveal the trust, confidence and love we experience in our relationship with God because of the blood of the cross.  People will “taste and see that the Lord is good” when they see the contentment and peace in our lives.
