We Are The People

  Neh 9:7&8  “You are the Lord God, Who chose Abram,
And brought him out of Ur of the Chaldeans, And gave him the name Abraham;
⁸ You found his heart faithful before You, And made a covenant with him
To give the land of the Canaanites, The Hittites, the Amorites,
The Perizzites, the Jebusites, And the Girgashites—
To give it to his descendants. You have performed Your words,
For You are righteous.”

 By faith Abraham went out, but by grace he was chosen.  The grace that came to
Abraham comes to all who are called by the Holy Spirit to receive Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord.

  When a person accepts the call like Abraham, life will change.  Abram was given a new name Abraham – “Father of many nations.”  This was before Abraham had the child Isaac with Sara his wife.  We are called the children of God before we show much change in our life as believers but God calls us so His grace will transform our lives as we follow Christ.

  Let us pray in agreement today that every believer allow the God of all grace to transform them through the grace imparted through the ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives – may the same spirit of faith then take us to places and experiences that Abraham found as he followed God’s calling in life.  This will result in a testimony to the people of America and create a desire in the hearts of many to follow Jesus.
