We Are The People

Neh 9:9 “You saw the affliction of our fathers in Egypt,
And heard their cry by the Red Sea.”

God saw His children oppressed and afflicted by the Egyptian taskmasters. He saw the armies of Egypt pursue and back Israel into a corner.  God did not begin to move on the behalf of His people until He heard the cries of the people.

  Even though many are unhappy about the direction of our country today, feeling as though we have abandoned our moral compass, it seems we still have not come to the place where we are desperate enough to cry out to the Lord.

    Today let’s agree in prayer that we will unashamedly call upon the Lord Jesus Christ. May our prayers be effective and fervent in intercession for revival in our land.
