We Are The People

John 9:6-7 “⁶ When He had said these things, He spat on the ground and made clay with the saliva; and He anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay. ⁷ And He said to him, “Go, wash in the pool of Siloam” (which is translated, Sent). So he went and washed, and came back seeing.”

Dust, spit and a dip in the pool add up to nothing unless God is in it.  The cause of the blindness was past (sin of the man or his parents).  Now the healing – “go figure!”

Pray that as individuals and a nation we learn that obedience to God’s Word brings the blessings of God to our lives.  Also pray for a willingness to be a part of God’s plans – the blind man needed a guide to the pool and someone helped.
