Tuesday March 4, 2014 “Clothed”
Leviticus 8:13 Then Moses brought Aaron’s sons and put tunics on them, girded them with sashes, and put hats on them, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Moses put tunics or coats on Aaron’s sons. This was like God clothing Adam and Eve in the Garden after the Fall of Man. In the Ancient Hebrew tradition the Wedding garment was a gift given. We are the Bride of Christ – we are given God’s righteousness when we believe 2Corinthians chapter 5.
Prayer Focus: That God’s people have a revelation of this truth and come to God’s throne boldly because of the gift they have received.
