We Are The People

Leviticus  8:30    “Then Moses took some of the anointing oil and some of the blood which was on the altar, and sprinkled it on Aaron, on his garments, on his sons, and on the garments of his sons with him; and he consecrated Aaron, his garments, his sons, and the garments of his sons with him.”

Moses anointed Aaron and his sons.  The oil is a type of the Holy Spirit.  The blood and the oil speak of the sacrifice of Jesus upon the cross and the Holy Spirit’s empowerment on Pentecost. Pray today that those washed in the blood of Jesus in salvation desire and seek the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.  There are many challenges we face as a nation and as Christian believers that will only be met by the power of the cross and the Holy Spirit’s gifts and authority through Jesus’ Name.
