We Are The People

Nehemiah 5:19 “¹⁹ Remember me, my God, for good, according to all that I have done for this people.”

Nehemiah was asking for God’s blessings in this verse. “Remember Me!” We must do good to and for others in order to be remembered by God who is, “Not unrighteous to forget our works and labors of love.” Hebrews 6:10

Pray that our leaders will understand God’s blessings are for those who will do good to the people they serve. Pharaoh was not a blessed man – he was stripped of all he had but those under Joshua were blessed abundantly in the Promised Land. Pray that our leaders understand this concept or be removed from office by vote.
