We Are The People

Nehemiah 9:20 ““You also gave Your good Spirit to instruct them, and did not withhold Your manna from their mouth, and gave them water for their thirst.”

“You did not withhold manna from their mouth.” The wilderness manna is a type of God’s word to His children. Nehemiah says that the Lord did not keep back His word even in the time of Israel’s backsliding. In His mercy He draws, as the Bible says in Hosea 11:4 “with cords of love.”

Pray today that people who are both near and far from God will receive the Word of God they need at this time to draw them closer to the Lord at this critical hour of our nation’s history. God’s people must be the first to return to God so they can receive a fresh word from heaven to speak to the Nation.
