We Are The People

Nehemiah 9:20 ““You also gave Your good Spirit to instruct them, and did not withhold Your manna from their mouth, and gave them water for their thirst.”

When God’s people thirst He sends water. The Lord opened up streams in the desert to satisfy Israel’s thirst by bringing a gusher of fresh water from a rock. He refreshed the “woman at the well” in John Chapter 4 with spiritual water from heaven.

Let us pray that there be a thirst in the hearts of all Americans to receive the waters of life that alone will quench the thirst of every soul. Pray that all other wells dry up and that the focus be upon the fount of living waters found in Jesus Christ alone and that as a people we will turn away from the polluted waters of sin and unrighteousness.
