We Are The People

Neh 9:24 So the people went in And possessed the land; You subdued before them the inhabitants of the land,
The Canaanites, And gave them into their hands, With their kings And the people of the land,
That they might do with them as they wished.

From the small beginnings of America as we know it today, we have multiplied to over 300 million people. It is evident by reading American history that God placed it in the hearts of men to settle this great land.
Let us pray today that we be ever mindful of the fact that this great nation as it appears on the world scene today began as a dream in people’s hearts before one settlement was established. As we look at America today and see the damage done through sin, selfishness and pride, let us pray that God give us a renewed vision of His purpose in having this nation established in the first place. Pray that new seeds of faith be planted in the hearts of Americans that we can see once again the hand of God purify and establish us once again as a people of destiny.
