We Are The People

Thursday is the 13^th anniversary of the awful nightmare we experienced as a nation.

In conjunction with “Awakening America Alliance” there will be a Patriot Day prayer walk beginning at 6pm in Fairfax City, VA.  The walk is one mile and it begins and ends at Woody’s Ice Cream Shoppe at 10435 North St, Fairfax, VA 22030.  If you are in the area you are invited to join us for this time of community intercession.

Tonight as we join our hearts and voices in intercession it is asked that you pray for a minimum of 15 minutes (all time zones) focusing on the following prayer points.  God bless you for your faithfulness to pray for our nation and please invite friends and family to join the team this week when many people are thinking about our nation and prayer.

2 Chronicles 7:14 “If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”

Prayer Focus #1:  During these days of heightened security as 9-11-14 approaches let us pray for God’s protection upon our nation, territories and embassies, etc. around the world and our allies.  Pray that an angelic “hedge of protection” be about us these days.

Prayer Focus #2:  Call upon God on the behalf of all physical and cyber security personnel that they receive special grace that will enable them to “see” things that will help us uncover terrorist cells and their evil plans before they are able to implement their demonic deeds.

Prayer Focus #3:  Heightened security requires many hours of work for our law enforcement and homeland security forces.  Pray that there be a refreshing from heaven that will restore these precious men and women during these stressful times.
