We Are The People

Matthew 5:41 “⁴¹ And whoever compels you to go one mile, go with him two.”

The first mile renders to Caesar what is his.  The second mile renders to God what is God’s.  You see a Roman soldier could command man or beast to carry his 60-80 lb. pack for a mile.  Jesus says, “Do two miles.”  Pray that people be willing to do more for others so that God can bless them for the kindness shown without it being a demand on their life.  When it comes from the heart it is genuine.
