We Are The People

Matthew 7:13-14 “¹³ “Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. ¹⁴ Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.”

Decisions are what life is made of.  The standard of righteousness, our standard of living and all else is the sum total of the choices we have made up to now.  Let us pray that we will take the time on this Holy or Maundy Thursday when we remember the final Passover Jesus shared with the Apostles to consider where we find ourselves as individuals and as a nation.

Let us then resolve to make decisions based solely on the word of God in the days to come.  Jesus found strength in knowing that He was following the Father’s will and so can we during these days that seem difficult to stay true to God and His word.
