We Are The People

Matthew 5:5 “Blessed are the meek,
For they shall inherit the earth.”

Moses the great lawgiver of Israel was described as meek and Jesus said He himself was meek but that does not mean weak. The ancient Greeks had a saying “meek as a lion” referring to controlled strength. The Holy Spirit gives us power for living but it must be tempered by the fruit of the Spirit, gentleness. Pray today as we in America “fight the good fight of faith”. Keep the right attitude and not use the enemy’s weapon. Light will overcome the darkness.
