We Are The People

Matthew 5:7 “Blessed are the merciful,
For they shall obtain mercy.”

    In Exodus 34:6-7, the God of Israel declared His Name and that He is merciful and gracious. He said that He will show mercy to thousands. Jesus told us to be perfect as the Heavenly Father is perfect. Mercy is one way we can do this. Having freely received mercy let us extend mercy to others.
Pray today that believers in America extend mercy which leads to forgiveness to all who attack or offend us. We are blessed as this scripture tells us when we acknowledge God’s mercy and release it toward those who request it.
