We Are The People

Luke 22:31-32 ““³¹ And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. ³² But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.”

Jesus’ intercession is perfect. He said, “When you have returned to me.” We must believe this truth and act on it. We have a God of all hope and the hope He gives results in the will of God being done in the believer’s life.

Let us pray that believers who have been hurt in life by the current attitude and prevailing painful winds of societal change will hear the voice of God crying out “Return.” When they return let us pray that they will do so with a heart purified through the sifting and strengthened by God’s call.
