We Are The People

Zechariah 3:2 And the LORD said to Satan, “The LORD rebuke you, Satan! The LORD who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Is this not a brand plucked from the fire?”

     God was reminding Satan that His people have been in the fire of tribulation and separation from the blessings of God. The Lord is telling His adversary that His people are being delivered from that which was meant to destroy.
Let us pray in agreement today that God’s people see themselves as worthy of rescue and that the Lord is in the process of delivering us, as He did the three Hebrew children in Daniel’s day. May this result in the encouragement of the redeemed who are highly valued by God to draw ever nearer to the Lord in our day.
